Fitting Information

Fitting a Maternity/Nursing Bra: Please use the fitting guide to help you select the best garment for you - please contact us if you would like further assistance.

Maternity Bra

During pregnancy your breasts will obviously change and it is important that you are comfortable. When choosing a bra you should ensure that there are no seams sitting on breast tissue. You should choose a bra that can increase the band size to allow for your growth.

Nursing Bra

From around 36 weeks you should arrange to get your nursing bra (if you are expecting twins you should consider being fitted around 32 weeks). The bra should have space for your hand to comfortably fit into the bra to allow room for your milk to come in, and allow space for a breast pad.

Around 12 weeks after the baby is born your milk supply will have settled down and your breasts are unlikely to change size until you greatly reduce or stop feeding.
