Postage:
Standard delivery for
all UK orders under £100 only £3.50. UK
orders over £100 are posted free of charge. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of items in stock. If
something is out of stock we will always give you an anticipated delivery
date based on the information received from our suppliers. Where there is more than one item in an order we may ship them separately depending on product availability. European delivery costs £5.00.
International delivery costs £10.00. Allow up to 10 days for items in stock
for European and International deliveries.

notify you with an anticpated delivery date based on the information received from suppliers.

Returning
Goods:
If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please return them, unused,
within 7 days from receipt and we will refund or exchange them for you. Please do however contact us (via e-mail is best) to advise that items will be returned to ensure that we can help you with this. We would ask that you please ensure you enclose a copy of the invoice together with a note detailing whether you
would like a refund or exchange on the item. Bras and underwear that have obviously been worn will not be
refunded. Please note that we are not
responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty goods and
we cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us. It is always a
good idea to obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.
